'Love'

Image
Love is an emotion that we all yearn for. Right from the day we are born we crave love. Little babies who just enter this world are unaware about what goes on around here. If there is one thing that they understand, it is love. They understand nothing else but love and crave for it. They love to be with their parents and grandparents as they can feel the love and warmth by their touch and behaviour. They hesitate and cry when a stranger picks them as the love quotient is lower or at times not there at all. The mother-child relationship is said to be the strongest. The sole reason for it is love. There is immense love involved. The mother loves the child selflessly and the later reciprocates this love. As we grow up,we make our own peer groups, myriad smart teachers , relatives and many more. We feel love for some people and are naturally drawn to them. This is how we make friends, build romantic relationships and connect with our neighbours and extended family members. Getting i...

' The Ultimate partner '

It is rightly said, “Friends are the family we choose ourselves”. It is as important to have friends as it is to have a family. Good friends help, guide and support us at every stage. Whether it is a toddler, a teenager, a middle aged person or an old person – everyone needs good friends around to live life to the fullest. During childhood, friendship helps in making us understand and develop the habit of sharing and caring. Small kids develop friendship faster and enjoy the company of their friends. They play and learn together. Friends are important for their proper growth and development. As teenagers, friends become all the more important for us. We go through numerous emotional, physical and mental changes during our teenage. Many of the problems faced during this age cannot be discussed with our parents and other family members. However, we are quite comfortable sharing these with our friends. Having good friends who can listen to our issues and provide us support and guida...

The Ups And Downs in Life

Image
One thing for certain in life is that it has both its ups and downs. A common myth however is that happiness is based on the  Quantity  of these ups and downs. Most believe that the more good moments they have rather than bad moments, then the more happy they will be overall. But this isn’t necessarily so. Life isn’t about the exact quantity of happiness and sorrows, but rather how smoothly we ride between these inevitable journey of life. Good things and bad things happen to everyone, but the individuals who are most happy are the ones who manage both with ease. UPS and DOWNS together define  LIFE .!  Without sadness how one would realise what happiness is.. without weakness how will one define strength.. without hunger how will one value food.. without anger patience would mean nothing.. just like the other things if there are no failures how will you know and value success.. So the trick is to enjoy ups and have courage during the downs. :)

Life according to me

I think our life is a journey, we make mistakes, and it's how we learn from those mistakes and rebound from those mistakes that sets us on the path that we're meant to be on . Life is a journey and it's about growing and changing and coming to terms with who and what you are and loving who and what you are.
